Travel Tip: Berkeley’s Campanile
As we gear up for LabWeek Public Goods , this week’s travel tip shines the spotlight on a true Northern California gem: Berkeley’s Campanile, also known as the Sather Tower.
Standing tall at the University of California, Berkeley, this iconic bell tower is one of the tallest university clock towers in the world, offering panoramic views that stretch from the rolling hills of the East Bay to the bustling streets of San Francisco, and on a clear day, the far-off waves of the Pacific Ocean. The tower's observation deck, accessible by elevator, provides a unique vantage point to witness the beauty and diversity of the region. So, as you explore the innovations and ideas at LabWeek, let the towering presence of the Campanile remind you of the heights your own aspirations can reach.
See you at the top!
